Though our contracts are seasonal due to the nature of the species, with crew running full time from July thru November/December, we offer our returning full time seasonal employees the option of annual personal health coverage.

The vaccination job itself, requires good hand-eye coordination, overall dexterity and physical ability to work while standing or sitting at a work station.

Adopting a Team mentality as well as taking instruction and initiative are essential qualities found in successful crew members.

We pay per piece, the rate of pay averages well above minimum wage.
