Living in Nanaimo since 1966 Kevan Wall, founder and President of Rockfish Services, attended Malaspina College / University prior to BCIT where he earned a Diploma in Fish Wildlife and Recreation in 1981.
He was first employed by BC Fish and Wildlife, then Ministry of Environment, among other adventurous jobs in his chosen field.

Kevan was involved in very early stages of British Columbia’s introduction to Sustainable Aquaculture at Malaspina University College.

He began his own company in answer to industry needs as sole proprietor in 1997.

In the year 2000, as the company evolved into Rockfish Services Limited through the continued support of key clients in the expanding local Aquaculture industry, Judy, his wife became a business partner and took on office admin duties.

The young family grew with both of their boys trying their hand at ‘Rockfish Ltd’.

Eventually the eldest son, Denham would become Senior Fish Tech and currently takes the lead to represent the company as necessary.

Rockfish Services Ltd has been consistently supporting the local Aquaculture industry for 21 years, with many clients renewing contracts annually since inception. We have received Supply and Service Awards for our quality and commitment.
